THE PROCESS
CONSULTATION (VIRTUAL OR IN PERSON IN VIRGINIA BEACH)
During your one-on-one design consultation, we’ll delve into your ideas and sources of inspiration to craft a unique design concept.
We can integrate your own gemstones, or if you prefer, our team of gemologists can expertly curate gemstones for your project.
Throughout this process, we remain attuned to your style preferences and budget considerations.
DESIGN & APPROVALS
Once the design concept has been finalized, we will confirm a quote and place the order.
Next, we will generate a sketch or CAD rendering of your dream piece. This helps visualize the design and allows you to request modifications if needed.
CREATION & DELIVERY
After approving the model, our team of designers will begin the process of creating your piece. Keep in mind it will take a few weeks to complete after the CAD has been approved.
Then, it’s time for the grand reveal: your bespoke creation is complete! Visit our showroom in Virginia Beach to collect your masterpiece, or opt for our white-glove delivery service. Prepare to experience the enchantment that your custom jewelry piece will bring.
