Refund policy
1. Return Policy - Clients have 14 days after receiving an item to request a return for a full refund. Item must be in original, unworn, and unused condition. Custom sales, special order items, exchanged items, and altered or sized items may not be returned or exchanged.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at (757) 807-3062 or email us at info@gmarie.com to request your Request Authorization Number, return shipping instructions, and shipping labels.
Once your return has been received, the item(s) will be inspected and the condition will be verified by our highly trained staff within 1-3 business days. Once the return has been processed and approved, you will be notified via email, and a refund will be issued within a few days.
2. Exchanges - We will gladly accept returns for exchanges or store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Jewelry must be in original, unworn, and unused condition.
